So I finally saw "Sherlock Holmes." It was awesome like a profoundly awesome thing. It was awesome in every way there is to be awesome. I loved and adored it. After the criticism I'd heard about how Holmes and Watson were just sooooo not true to character, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were much closer to their book characters ( Read more... )

Good progress writing today. In the last two days I've done 2100 words! Yay, I'm past 10%, which means exactly nothing because I don't know how long this book will be. I finished and incorporated a prologue I was toying with, fixed a scene I'd been meaning to fix, and finished another new scene, a v. important one. Woot.

I haven't written in two weeks.
